Appointments are what keep your practice going! Whether their kids are sick or well, busy families desire convenience and ease in scheduling appointments. PCC is excited to introduce Self-Scheduling, which allows parents to book appointments straight from the patient portal.
Intended for non-critical appointments, the My Kid’s Chart portal allows parents to access their child's chart from any mobile device or browser. They can select the patient, indicate whether the appointment is “well” or “sick,” choose their date, and select their provider and location. The portal is user-friendly and straightforward; parents can even add a note to the booking with further details.
Behind the front desk, appointments booked through the patient portal indicate which approved portal user made the appointment. Your staff will also love the reduced phone time that online booking facilitates!
