Real time claim status is currently in development! PCC Real-Time Claim Status Inquiry, like PCC Real-Time Eligibility Verification, allows you to request detail automatically, directly, and immediately from payors right in PCC EHR! This will save you time and effort otherwise spent interacting with payor web portals, Interactive Voice Response systems, and Provider Service representatives.
